Dinari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/sustainability\/boards-policy-regulation\/dinari-granted-first-broker-dealer-registration-offer-tokenized-stocks-2025-06-26\/\">obtained<\/a> a broker-dealer registration from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) earlier this week, allowing the firm to offer tokenized versions of U.S. stocks.<\/p>\n<p>The move comes as demand grows for bringing traditional financial instruments such as equities onto blockchain rails, also known as tokenization of real-world assets. Crypto exchanges <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2025\/06\/17\/coinbase-seeks-sec-approval-to-offer-tokenized-stock-trading\">Coinbase<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/markets\/2025\/05\/22\/kraken-to-list-tokenized-version-of-nvidia-apple-tesla-shares\">Kraken<\/a> are also seeking to expand into tokenized securities trading, while Robinhood is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2025\/05\/07\/robinhood-developing-blockchain-based-program-to-trade-u-s-securities-in-europe-bloomberg\">reportedly working<\/a> on offering tokenized U.S. stocks for EU users.<\/p>\n<p>Gemini last month <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/policy\/2025\/05\/09\/gemini-secures-mifid-ii-license-from-malta-to-offer-derivatives-in-eea\">secured<\/a> a MiFID II license from Malta that allows it to offer
